Meet the Team

Founded by Registered Nutritionists and mum’s Christianna Aristidou Karaolis and Emelia Ward, with four children ranging from toddlers to teens between them, Emelia and Christianna really know what works and the Family Nutrition Clinic is based on a evidence based, no nonsense approach to feeding your family.

Christianna is a qualified nutritionist and mum of two, who truly feels that working in nutrition is where she was always meant to be.

Her passion is to helping women feel good about themselves and better understand their children's nutrition needs.

Emelia Ward

Emelia is a mum of two boys and qualified Nutritional Therapist. A life long passion for food took her a career in the art world to launching a food blog and catering company. After both her sons suffered with reflux, allergies and eczema she retrained as a Nutritionist. She is passionate about helping families enjoy food and feel well.
